Shipping policy
At Amente, we take great care in preparing every order. Each package is carefully inspected and packed by our Customer Care team to ensure your purchase arrives safely and promptly.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after an order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During promotional periods, holidays, or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on retail orders of $200 or more within the 48 contiguous United States after discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
Orders under $200 will be charged shipping rates calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS International.
Estimated delivery is typically between 2–8 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with local laws and regulations.
DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, tariffs, and import charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Amente is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Amente is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please get in touch with the carrier directly and notify us at support@theamente.com. We will do our best to assist with carrier claims whenever possible.
ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING CARRIERS
Should a customer request the use of a shipping carrier other than those selected by Amente, all associated costs, risks, and liabilities become the sole responsibility of the customer.
Amente cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, damage, or service issues arising from customer-selected carriers.
