Amente was founded in Los Angeles in 2018 by two friends — a designer and a buyer — who shared one vision and one mind.
They believed fashion could be slower, more thoughtful, and made with intention.

Drawing from years of experience in the industry, we began creating collections that feel effortless yet enduring — pieces that live beyond seasons and speak quietly through simplicity and form.

The name  Amente comes from the phrase a mente, meaning one mind.
It reflects how we approach every part of our process — with unity, clarity, and care.

We focus on natural and plant-based fabrics, working in small batches to minimize waste.
Our garments are relaxed and refined, crafted to move with you and last through time.

We’re still small, still learning, and always striving to do better — for the planet, for people, and for the way we live.
